Meeting Day/Time: 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of each month from 8.45pm onwards. The club was formed in 1979 and enjoys a full programme of events throughout the year. We meet twice a month on the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month. Membership is only £12 for the year. We have over 40 members (membership includes a couple) so there is always a lively meeting twice a month. We have a wide variety of cars in the club and get a good turn out for weekend events. For the MG DIY mechanic there are always "experts" on hand to provide you with tips and tricks on maintaining your MG and keeping it on the road. We pack a varied program of events into the year including road runs, picnics, foreign and domestic holidays, static shows, factory visits, and rallies. For the winter months we have social evenings quiz nights, bowling evenings etc. We produce a monthly newsletter keeping members informed of club goings on and forthcoming activities. Whatever MG you own it is beneficial to belong to the biggest car club in the world. Come along to one of our meetings, we always welcome new members. |
